LI Studio Tour
Our New Desk Space, Materials Library, Workstations, & Conference Area
It’s time to give a grand tour of our studio space where all the design magic happens! After total renovation, we are so excited to reveal the finished product. We wanted the LI office to reflect our personal style, while also giving function to every nook and cranny in order to maximize our work space. As a result, this makeover has infinitely improved our daily work practices and made this a more aesthetically pleasing environment for ourselves and for our visiting clients! So scroll on down to enjoy our studio tour of all the different spaces in which we become inspired and bring our clients’ designs to life!
Desk Station
Sticking to our signature bright and white design style, we installed custom table tops and filing drawers along with an upholstered swivel chair. This added comfort and height adjustability makes the chairs that much better to sit on through an eight hour work day. And a desk is simply not complete without an all-inspiring mood board lit by a stylish brass sconce.
Materials Library
The focal point of our studio, the ever-growing materials library, is centralized and open with easy access to all of the workstations. Here we store drapery and upholstery fabric swatches, trim samples, and wallpaper and fabric books from all of our vendors. We keep our materials organized on one wall so that we can swiftly pull our options to mix and match schemes during the design process.
Workstations
Our main workstation is more often than not, scattered with fabrics, finishes, and drawings from our current projects. This is where most of our collaborations and final selections take place as it is beaming with all that natural light!
Conference Area
The last stop on our studio tour is the conference area where we gather for team meetings, rep presentations, and open discussions. Taking advantage of this wide open space, we accommodated maximum seating and a round marble table for easy communication. With our personal touch, we then layered this seating arrangement with a colorful vintage rug and topped it with a modern brass pendant light.
So, there you have it, we hope you enjoyed our LI studio tour. We hope you have enjoyed this glimpse into who we are in our day to day creative space.
